01 / PLATFORM

Where is the content posted?

Find the Copyright / DMCA / Abuse section on the site or with its host. This builder prepares the text but does not send the complaint.

List specific pages, posts or files. Duplicate links will be removed from the text.

02 / CIRCUMSTANCES

What was published without permission?

Specify which works were copied: title, date, nickname or other description. Text from this field is not translated automatically.

If the originals are not published, leave this field empty and describe the works in detail above. Keep the original files as evidence.

03 / COMPLAINANT

Who is the complaint from?

Provide valid contact details. The recipient may forward the complaint, including your contacts, to the owner of the disputed content.

Appearing in a photo does not by itself mean owning the copyright. If the rights don’t belong to you, discuss another way to remove it.

The builder does not send or save the fields to a server. After reloading the page you will need to fill them in again.

What the DMCAHUB builder does

The DMCAHUB complaint generator is a free tool for preparing notices about copyright, non-consensual intimate images and other online violations. The interface and the result are in English. The text can be edited, copied or downloaded without registration.

The builder prepares a draft notice. It does not check the content of the listed sites, does not establish that a violation occurred and does not send the complaint. The recipient may request additional information or ask you to fill in their own form.

What complaints you can prepare

  • Copyright infringement / DMCA. For the copyright owner or their representative: identify the original photos, videos and other works, list the copies and request removal.
  • Trademark infringement. For complaints about the use of a mark: describe your trademark rights and the specific disputed use.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Report a suspected violation with links and brief facts. Do not download, attach or share such material.
  • Non-consensual intimate images (NCII / NCSEI). Request review and removal under the platform’s relevant policy. This type of request does not require claiming copyright ownership.
  • Threats and harassment. Describe the threats, context and dates for the platform’s safety team. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
  • Phishing and malware. Report suspicious addresses and observed signs of abuse to the Abuse team.
  • General request. Describe the problem and the action you want if the other categories don’t fit.
  • WHOIS / RDAP. Prepare a request or report about domain registration data for the registrar. Disclosure of non-public data is not guaranteed.

How to draft and send a complaint

  1. Choose the basis and the recipient. Don’t use DMCA for a situation unrelated to copyright. For domain data choose WHOIS / RDAP.
  2. Provide exact links. Add the addresses of specific posts or files, not just the homepage. For DMCA, match the copies to the originals.
  3. Describe the facts in English. Enter dates, context and the basis for your request. The description field is not translated automatically. Don’t claim anything you can’t confirm.
  4. Check the result. Make sure the links, contacts, complainant status and request text are correct. Save the TXT or copy the complaint.
  5. Send the notice yourself. Use the recipient’s official Copyright, DMCA, Abuse, Safety or Support address or form. Keep the ticket number.

Questions about DMCA and content complaints

Is the builder free?

Yes. Creating, copying and downloading the text is free and requires no registration. Removal work by DMCAHUB specialists is a separate service; its price is discussed with a manager.

How is DMCA different from an Abuse complaint?

DMCA concerns copyright. Abuse is a broader term for reports of rule violations or misuse. Threats, phishing and non-consensual intimate images require describing the relevant basis, not an automatic reference to DMCA.

What is needed for a DMCA complaint?

The form lists the original works, the addresses of the disputed copies, and the complainant’s name, contacts and electronic signature. The complainant confirms the accuracy of the information and that they hold the rights or authority. Use this option only if you have the corresponding basis.

Where do I send a complaint to Telegram?

For copyright in public content Telegram specifies dmca@telegram.org. For other violations use the appropriate category of the built-in report or the platform’s official contact channel. Telegram rules.

Can I complain if the photos are of me but someone else took them?

Appearing in a photo does not by itself confirm copyright. If it concerns non-consensual intimate images, choose NCII / NCSEI and describe your connection to the person shown and the lack of consent. Don’t claim rights you don’t have.

Does the service send the complaint or store data?

The builder’s code processes the fields in your browser without sending them to a server and does not send complaints. You copy, download and deliver the text to the recipient yourself. After reloading the page the fields need to be filled in again.

What language will the result be in?

The template is generated in English, and the interface is in English too. The description you enter is inserted without translation, so it must be written in English.

Does a complaint guarantee removal or a block?

No. The decision and review time depend on the recipient, the circumstances and the evidence. The builder helps prepare a notice and does not replace an individual legal assessment.
